About Us
Movin enables housebuilders to give their developments the tools needed to meet the rising demand from their customers for social messaging.
Customers are typically requesting information including images and video via WhatsApp / Facetime e.t.c. Movin delivers an App based platform that developments can turn to which is GDPR compliant, business friendly and managed through their own corporate platform.
Developments can also be proactive and create messages at various stages in the house-buying journey, from a personal introduction of the person they will be meeting on site, to reminders and updates of the development’s progress etc.
With no download required from the customer, the messages are sent via SMS and Email and the customer then views the message and content within a corporately designed templated web page.
The message maker doesn’t have to think about the delivery look and feel, or worry about any typing, they simply choose a template from the menu within their App, then simply record their message and press send.
The App is rich with video functionality which makes it extremely easy to use and this is why video and social messaging is improving both the customer journey and delivering ROI.
Message delivery, customer watch rates and call to actions are monitored with real-time tracking within the Movin dashboard. The maker can also be alerted when their message is watched and of which call to actions the customer has selected.
