System is now fully operational. We are investigating reports that some message are being sent more than once.

Services are starting to return to normal. We are continuing to monitor the systems closely while everything returns to normal.

Our I.T team carried out a planned server update last night, which was originally expected to be completed by 7pm (out of hours) and should not have impacted platform usage.

Unfortunately, the update has taken longer than anticipated and is still processing this morning. Our team is actively working on this and we're doing everything we can to get everything fully back up and running as quickly as possible.

To avoid any potential issues, we kindly ask that you refrain from sending out any messages or creating / sending any videos until after lunchtime today. This will help ensure everything is running smoothly and prevent any risk of videos created this morning not saving correctly.

We are hoping to have everything resolved before lunchtime, and will update you as soon as we have confirmation that the platform is fully operational again.
